Do you sometimes have the feeling that your body is reacting differently than your emotions?
Are you aware that you forget again and again that your body, mind and spirit is one unified whole?
Is there from time to time a confusion between different levels of perceptions you have?
Do you feel a split between emotions, body sensations, thoughts and your spiritual longing?
Life is an ongoing process and, in this sense, we love to work closely together with our mental understanding, our different emotions, our ability to observe and the trust into our processes to tap into a bigger field of consciousness.
In this kind of work you will have the opportunity to look at personal relevant issues within a supportive holding group and in a one-to- one session during the two days. Here you will find some guidance for the next steps to take in your life situation. We will work with body based trauma work, IFS, neuro- affective touch and we will pay particular attention to the wisdom of the body.
Complex problems confront us often with the limitations of our current problem-solving skills. And although humans are eager to face the challenges in their personal, professional and private lives, solutions and success are not always easy to find. Do we need to change the way we live?
Experience shows that we struggle with self-same patterns and issues despite our best intentions, smart concepts, and shrewd manoeuvres. Complex issues, self-referential subjects, and multilevel challenges need an integrative approach and various forms of intelligence.
With process-oriented, body based trauma work we need our inner navigation skills, reciprocal systemic interactions, and personality skills to go on an insightful journey into phenomenological forms of understanding.
This learning experience introduces you into much-needed forms of self-implicative insight and knowledge generation. A timely approach in a tumbling world that requires co-operation, partnership, and sustained transformation for the benefit of all.
Our lives are complex and we need a wide and open approach to include everything into our growing awareness.
